Thin, warm, well made - what's not to like?These socks were purchased for my daughter who only wears socks when required, but these were thin enough that she didn't complain! Honestly, the thick socks just aren't even an option for my child, as she likes socks that feel like she's not wearing socks ;) They are snug fitting to hold in the warmth and are long enough to go perfectly with winter boots. It depends on the style of socks you're looking for, as well as the level of warmth needed, but for us these work perfectly! They wash well and seem as though they will hold up nicely for the winter. They arrived sooner than expected, as well, which was also a nice perk!If you want thin wool socks (not the bulky all terrain workboot kind) to wear with all types of shoes these are your pair! These appear very well made. And the length is good as they go high up to your knee( depending on your height!) which is great for cold winters in the Northeast. Colors are vibrant. Please note the navy is more like a dark royal. These socks are just right. There’s also their cute little signature Team Magnus fox in light gray and white on each leg of the sock.They work so well for my dad, thin but very warm and the length is perfect for wearing with his boots.Worked great And fits even better... I originally bought these socks for my 11 year old they came in a 3 pack. I was able to let my 19, 17 and 11 year old share the same pack. They obviously all have different size of feet... a size 13 in men's a size 12 in men's and a size 5 in boys and it fit all 3 boys the same size perfect.I bought these for a winter trip Kiev. They kept my feet and calves toasty warm without the bulk- my boots fit just fine with them on! Really like the royal blue which I wore on the plane. Priced just right.My daughter is at an age that she is picky about texture. These socks pass that test and the wolf design was adored by her as well. They will be perfect for cold days when playing outdoors. Our weather has been too warm this season to put that to the test, but I will try to follow up on this when the colder weather finally arrives....The socks are very comfortable, warm and they stay up on your legs wonderfully. The downside is they developed holes near the toes rather quickly. Some reinforcement is needed in the front.I bought these because I don't like thick socks in my boots and thought it was time to invest in some wool socks. They're perfect! They are my go to winter socks forever.Bought these before Christmas, and they have now had their first outing to the Alps. They are warm enough and knee-length. I particularly liked that they are compact enough to fit in a waist bag to replace the inevitable wet socks part-way through the day.
