I bought these socks because I suffer from poor circulation and pain in my legs, and my doctor recommended me its use.I use number 13 shoes, and at the beginning I doubted the ease to wear them and the comfort during their use.I received the socks two days after the purchase, and I received them well packaged, with good looks and presentation, until then I had no problem.I had a bit of difficulty putting on each sock, but this happens with all compression socks, not just with these. But once put, the socks are comfortable, only the area of the fingers is a little uncomfortable because it is not adjusted like a normal sock, but even so I can use them daily with any type of footwear. As I use compression socks for medical reasons, I use other types of higher compression stockings when I travel or I am a long time sitting or standing, but at all other times I use these stockings.I am so happy with these stockings that I even buy another package for one of my brothers and his wife.I highly recommend them as preventative socks of daily use.I love these socks because you cannot tell that they are compression but what I do not like able these socks is...I'm 5.3 which mean I have short legs and the length of these socks are for long legs. The socks bunch up at the fold of my leg and foot which can cause a serious problem.Avoid bunching. Make sure they aren't too long. Don't fold or roll the tops down, because that can make them too tight. It could cause blood flow problems or cut off your circulation like a tourniquet. This is info I looked up for health reasons while wearing them so I wanted to share this so the seller can make some changes with the size.I bought a 3-pack of the black/grey socks to try them out for everyday wear at work. I didn't really have any expectations because these were my first pairs of compression socks, but thus-far I'm pleased with my purchase.I used the size chart and bought size L/XL. First look at them out of the package, I stretch them with my hands and was afraid they wouldn't fit my size 11 feet and think calves...but I was able to pull them on. I mean these are compression socks...they are supposed to be tighter than normal knee-high socks.I'm wearing them at work as I write this because a good portion of my day is spent in the office sitting all day, so I plan on wearing these socks very frequently.I did notice that if I pulled them up as far as they'll go, they end up over my knee, then they roll & bunch over on themselves in the back of the knee and are very uncomfortable. I just made sure they were lower than my knee which takes a little bit of maneuvering to get them evenly distributed (but I assume that's true of most compression socks).Overall: This seem to do the job and are pretty comfy.I ordered these in anticipation for clinical hours in nursing school. I wear a size 9.5-10 women’s shoes and the socks fit my feet perfectly with a little extra room in the toes so not uncomfortable in the least. I wasn’t sure whether they would fit me, as I am plus size. Some reviews said they fit bigger calf’s so I decided to buy. For reference I’m 5’10 and my calf size at its largest point is 17” around. The socks reached just below me knee so I am pleased as I did not want to worry about them rolling down or needing to be folded. The quality of the material is evident right out of the bag, and the designs are all wonderful in person. Highly recommend. Will update once I begin wearing these come August. I am curious to see how breathable they are under scrubs and whether they add or reduce foot odor. I saw some posts on other compression socks on Amazon stating they caused more sweating...we shall see.I purchased these stockings because I work 12 hour shifts in a hospital and walk 7 to 8 miles per shift. Thse stockings are fantastic. After the huge amount of money spent on shoes, this was an inexpensive alternative. My legs don't ache after a weekend of 12 hour shifts.I'm short so the size lg/xlg are a bit long but manageable. According to the size chart i was on the border of both sizes but I'm glad i went with the larger size. Yes. I have a slight imprint of the hearts on my legs for a few hours but I work 7pm to 7am so I'm not going anywhere after I take them off.I would recommend these stockings to anyone who works on tile covered concrete floors.Did I mention that I'm 70 years old and this is my first experience with compression stockings?I will probably pirchse more of these if I continue to work at my present job.I bought a 7-pack of the assorted socks with hearts and stars. I didn't have any expectations because these were my first pairs of compression socks, but I am very pleased with my purchase! I used the size chart and bought size L/XL. Out of the package, when I saw the socks and tried to stretch them with my hands, I was afraid it wouldn't fit but I was able to pull them on. These are compression socks, they're supposed to be tighter than normal knee-high socks. I wore them overnight and all day to test them out and felt no restlessness or soreness in my legs all day. I work part time in an office and sit all day, so I plan on wearing these socks very frequently.I did notice that if it pulled them up too close to my knee, then the edge would roll over on itself in the back of my knee and feel too tight. I just made sure they were lower than my kneethe designs are cute for an rn to wear. the itchiness can drive me batty until i put some cream on my skin and then pull them up again and no more itch. i don't know if they contain rubber and that is why the itch. i wanted to return them but missed the deadline.
