I bought the larger size according to the sizing chart because I was a little concerned the medium may not be long enough. I wear these for work because I am on my feet all day. They fit great and they are long enough and stay up all day without needing to adjust them. The only complaint I have is at the end of the day they feel too tight around the ankle area. I think if I had gotten my correct size they would have been much too tight. They are a little hard to get off after work but I'm hoping that like new shoes once I get used to them they won't feel quite so tight. I would definitely recommend this product because they do everything they advertise and I like these the best of other compression sleeves/socks I have tried over the years.
