My wife swears by these compression socks. She is in the medical field and is on her feet for hours on end. Also, she wears these when she exercises. She has a few pairs that are a few years old and they have held up. No tears, holes etcShe has tried other brands and they don't compare to the SLS socks. After being threatened with compression stockings for years by my doctor, and refusing to have anything to do with them for vanity reasons, I bought a pair of Adidas compression socks. They were incredibly comfortable, and did virtually nothing to reduce the swelling in my ankle and calf. After reading the reviews, I decided to try these. What you should know before buying: You will struggle trying to get them on and off. It reminded me of the time I helped stuff a friend into her spanx. The only difference was that nothing came sploshing out of the top or sides with these socks. You will have indentations and red marks at the top of your calves, which don't seem to want to go away any time soon. After 12 hours they were still there, and will likely get deeper and redder each time the socks go back on my feet. That being said, they work. You can feel them squeezing your legs and I can feel the blood pulsing. My ankle was also noticeably smaller after wearing them for only 1 night. They are neither comfortable nor uncomfortable. They simply do the trick.I didn't know where to get the "hospital" or "therapeutic" compression socks, so I ordered a couple of different kinds of sport socks. These are - in a word - FABULOUS. I wear a set; keep my left leg under control, and it is just the right level of compression for my right leg and foot. I have early stage Lymphedema; they caught it early, so I am lucky and can manage with these instead of daily bandage wrapping (which is usually indicated). My Lymphedema therapist was sooo impressed with these, she brought them out and showed all her co-workers what had worked marvels for me, and now they're recommending them to others who are in the same stage that I am in. I wear a medium (bought large too, just in case I swell up again like a grapefruit like when I had cellulitis in both legs, which is when they also caught the Lymphedema), and am so happy with these, I could cry. I take them off at night, and then wear them or another pair during the day. Therapists recommended I hand wash with DIAL soap because it keeps the elasticity, so I have more than a few pair on hand. I will definitely be adding more of these to my growing collection, and throwing the others out!I can not say enough nice things about these socks. I am partially paralyzed and have issues with poor circulation to the lower leg as well as lymphedema on both legs. These socks enable me to sit upright for longer periods of time than I normally would be able to snd greatly reduce the pain I feel in my calves.Theses are true graduated compression socks. They cost s fraction of the medical grade socks, which don't wear nearly as well and are prone to snagging.I love the color too. Who couldn't be happy wearing pink socks? When deciding what type of compression socks to buy, I asked two different triathletes who don't know each other which type of compression socks they liked. Both saidbuy SLS3, you won't regret it.They were right.I got these near the end of my second pregnancy after landing in the hospital because of severe pregnancy edema. I had ordered a couple other pairs off Amazon but what drew me to these was how high the compression rating is. They are definitely cute (for compression socks) and good quality however there was NO WAY I could get them on (or off!) by myself. Compression socks are supposed to be difficult to get on and I know that but these were impossible. They aren't long enough for taller people (I'm 5'10) because they go up to right where your knee bends then end up folding over every time you move and being double tight at your knee (which you can't wear them like that.) I wasn't able to use them because of this. After 8 years as a nurse working 12 hour shifts I have tried a large assortment of compression socks. These socks are by far the best I have found. I am just disappointed it took me 8 years to find them! For the past three weeks wearing these, I have found my calf muscles and my feet are significantly less painful at the end of my shift. These socks feel like they are giving my legs a hug! I will say that I had to go up a size because I have a large calf, so they are a bit long, but they are way better than any sock I have yet tried. Thank you!I was incredibly disappointed with these socks. They are nowhere near true to size. I followed the sizing information and ordered a small/medium (I wear a women's 9 and am 5'7" with long legs from knee to ankle). When I put the socks on, the foot was too large -- the heel was creeping up the back of my ankle -- and they went over my knees (that's a first for me!). I'm honestly not even sure an x-small would fit. These socks were made for amazonians and giants. It's too bad, because they were affordable and I loved the orange. The quality of the material also seemed good, especially for the price. My qualm is the VERY untrue-to-size product that I received. They either need to resize or create a women's version.Socks are just as described and color is as depicted. We're in perfect condition and shipped on time. For me, they were too long so they rolled down and pinched at the knee and were quite uncomfortable as soon as I put them on.The rest of the sock felt OK for comfort and for someone with longer legs than me, these would be great compression socks. I am 5'6" average height and size legs, 7.5/8 medium size foot.I returned them with no issues and found Tommie Copper compression socks to be a perfect, dreamy fit for me!I'm only saying this to help someone else that this brand may not work for, not to downplay the SLS3 brand, because as mentioned, for someone with longer legs these may be great!Does what it’s supposed to and for a great price, happy with my purchase!Bought as a gift person was happyIl sont long et très bien ajustéThey are ok.Doing their job!
