Product description needs a lot more detail. I have poor circulation and swelling in my lower legs, doctor’s recommendation to wear.These are comfortable, supporting & super easy to zip up. They don’t cut off circulation & makes my legs feel great! I couldn’t pull up the standard ones because of my hands, but, these are well worth trying!I love how well they fit and are easy to putt on. For years I wore other brand that didn't last long enough and zippers / seams fell apart. These on the other hand hold their shape after several (machine) washes. Money spent well. Buy them.I buy compression socks,hose for my Mother. I've been buying her a sports compression sock and the M fit her well. But the fabric was a bit scratchy so I went to these which have a nice, smooth fabric. Thefirst pair I bought in M, but they were too small over her ankle, where shes' got a small ulcer that is always dressed and also too tight on the top cuff. I kept the mediums since they fit me, so, in case I ever need a compression hose. I reordered a Large for my Mother - and they're also too tight, they bite into her calf really badly, she can't zip them up. So, even though I think these are well made, sizing may be an issue especially for anyone with varicose veins or wound care needs.Not sure if I'll go for the xl or not, but they are, aside from my Mothers special needs issues, nice hose.I tried these because hose with a full toe sometimes press against my toenails painfully. But I don't like them because they ride up to the middle of my foot and that makes the part of my foot that sticks out swell up abnormally.I ordered one pair and liked them so much I ordered two more pairs. They are made well and a great value. I followed their size chart and they fit perfect. I got the short, and that was just right, I am 5 ft 2 inches and weigh 125. My ankles had been swelling, these socks have really helped! I love the zipper. I have struggled with Compression socks, what a difference the zipper makes. It takes a little practice to zip them by yourself. Thank you so much for these wonderful socks.Overall quality was fine. Didn't realize when they said extra large, they meant longer also are way longer than I expected and uncomfortable to fit. One kind of odd thing is. They appeared to have two heel expansions opposite each other. Am planning to order next. Extra large size down. And hope it's still in the 20-30 mmHg range. Because I need the 20-30 mmHg Range. We will see and I will update when I find out.The zipper gusset is reinforced with a protector directly under the zipper. The top elastic is wide and soft and doesn't make deep indentations in the skin. They are easy to put on and remove. Our bath aide said she wished all her clients had them.
