Got these socks for my husband. He wanted them for Father's day gift. He likes the compression and they feel. I originally bought the same type od socks around 3-4 years ago.Size small ordered. Womens size 9 shoe. 2nd time ordering. Fits my wide calf’s with no issues. They don’t creep down on my 24 hour shifts. No tough tugging to get on. Warm, and wick well. New ones have L and R on foot for extra support. Bought first set 2 years ago, for boy dry waters canoe trip. Loved them so much, they became daily fall/winter/spring socks. Highly recommend. Absolutely love.Bought this for my daughter who is 7 months pregnant! This sock has high quality of the fabric with excellent compression for swelling feet! She said her feet felt great from wearing them all day especially with traveling ..sitting all day.. her feet and ankles were warm, not itchy and not swollen! Bought these socks in December as part of a baby shower gift!I was skeptical when the largest size was XL but I tried them anyway. Yep, too small for my size 14 feet, otherwise, a great pair of socks. I’d buy them again if they made an 2XL. Alas they don’t, not even direct from their Pure Athletic” web site.Feet stayed warm all day. Skiing in 12 degrees F, overcast and snowing.Socks fit like compression socks.Compression socks really makes a big difference in my snowboard boots. Don't tighten your boots to or it cuts off blood flow and makes your feet cold.Use these socks all season and I'm completely satisfied.In the last year 1/2 of the socks I have bought riped up top were the copper colored thread meets the blackgood socks, probably my favorite compression pair, warm and comfortably thick. Only complaint, first time I ever wore them and pulled them up, my finger went right through the copper-colored part..making hole. And I do not have long nails or anything. Too much of a pain in the butt to send back, so I just wear them under jeans, and make sure I pull up from the thicker part, not the thin coppery part.Thicker than my cotton/merino wool compression socks, but way warmer!!These are great for a Canadian winter- x country skiing, snow shoeing, outdoor skating. Super pleased.Great for Fall hiking and cycling. Likely would not be warm enough for snow sports however.Bonne qualité
